"Perfect location, perfect beach. I've traveled to great hotels around the world for years, and I have never had such an experience with such lovely staff that are so well-trained! They really care and serve you with the most wonderful attitude and treatment. The staff of the restaurant, the bar, the spa, front desk—everyone is terrific! Major congratulations go to the chef, Manuel. The food at this hotel is beyond delicious, healthy, and fresh! We had lunch at the beach club 10 times and had dinner 6 times because that’s how amazing the food is! The beach club menu is different from the hotel menu, and all the dishes we tried every day were exquisite! The menu is large enough to try different dishes every day, with plenty of options that are super tasty yet healthy and light, easy to digest—just perfect! The rooms are comfortable and stylish; the bedding and mattress quality is top-notch. I love that you have both a shower and a deep bathtub because it gets cold at night. They also vary the entertainment and have lots of parties and happenings. We extended our stay to 2 weeks because we loved it so much, and we would definitely come back!"

The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were so clean and the little touches by the housekeeping were great. The beach is super nice. The staff at breakfast were friendly and always remembered your name which was nice.

Fantastic boutique hotel in a quiet part of San Jose del Cabo overlooking the marina. The view of sunset from the infinity pool was breathtaking. Hotel design, cleanliness, service, and vibes exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back.

Excellent staff, services and location. We are pleased with the overall experience and looking forward to return. We loved the art around the hotel and the nice atmosphere all across. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is nice. The hotel beach and service is outstanding. The view from every corner of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are spotless, bright and comfortable. Every afternoon the staff leaves a little present in our room which is such a nice touch ☀️ There are yoga classes as well as flamenco nights. We were treated with kindness and respect every single time. Wonderful people which made us feel better and happier Thank you Hotel Ganzo! 🪿🤩😂

Fantastic experience! We loved our stay at El Ganzo, what a beautiful place. It’s located at the port with nice views, with access to a private beach. The rooftop pool is spectacular, we got to enjoy incredible sunsets. We dined at the restaurant once, it was delicious. The rooms are well designed, some of them are painted by artists, which gives the hotel a unique feel. Very comfortable mattress. The staff was lovely, we felt well taken care of. We’d return any time.
